Rivers and Roads
I first started watching this show in 2007. I had no clue except it’s about a nerdy guy with a computer in his head. I quickly fell in love after the pilot. I was a Sophomore in high school when the show started. Now it’s 2012 and I’m a sophomore in college with the show coming to it’s subsequent end. The final ending was satisfying. I don’t often like endings that leave a cliffhanger but I like how this one ended. Some shows need to end with the viewer coming up with their own endings. I pretty much grew up with Chuck and when Lost concluded it was all I had left as far as television. Chuck will never be Lost, The Big Bang Theory, Alcatraz, Modern Family, The Middle or Suburgatory. I grew up watching the James Bond series and watching this felt right at home. This will sound silly but sometimes I like to think about myself being Chuck, nerdy, geeky, and dorky, who will someday meet that Sarah Walker, the most beautiful spy in the world. Although it’s just a television show, but sometimes those things can happen in reality.
